Programme Overview

Mentoring works best when you are prepared and ready to engage in it.

Being offered mentoring is a great opportunity, giving you access to a space that is entirely focused on your development with someone with experience. Mentoring can build a supportive relationship that can help you think more clearly about opportunities or issues that you are facing at work.

Unlocking Mentoring is a practical, online programme designed for those who have have been offered mentoring and want to understand what it is, what to expect, and how to make the most of it. It removes the guesswork, builds confidence, and gives you a clear structure that you can use before, during and after every mentoring conversation.

When you understand how to participate effectively, your mentoring relationships flourish, producing measurable benefits for you, your team, and the wider organisation.
