Programme Overview
Coaching is most effective when you feel prepared and ready to engage in it.
Being offered coaching in the workplace is an opportunity, providing a highly personalised and effective form of professional support. Your coach becomes your thinking partners, encouraging your creativity, challenging your assumptions, expanding your perspective, and helping you move forward with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
The Unlocking Coaching Programme is a practical, online programme designed to prepare you to be able to engage in coaching with confidence and intention. If you have been offered coaching, this programme helps ensure you are ready, understanding what coaching is, what to expect, and most importantly, how to engage in ways that makes every session count. It cuts through uncertainty, equips you with a simple, effective model that you can use before, during and after every coaching conversation.
When you are prepared, coaching becomes more than a conversation, it acts as a catalyst. The depth of your engagement can transform the quality of your experience, and the growth you unlock ripples outward, creating measurable impact for you, your team, and the wider organisation.
