Overview
As part of our Conversations for Change programme, we are delighted to introduce our C4C Practice Café. It offer a safe, supportive and informal environment for you to practice coaching or mentoring and build your confidence and experience alongside your peer group.
The Practice Café runs monthly, for 90 minutes over lunchtime as a drop in session. It is open to anyone who is currently enrolled on one of our training programmes (either coaching or mentoring), those who have recently completed coaching or mentoring training, or those looking for opportunities to practice.
The Practice Café offers the opportunity to connect with their peers who are likewise learning to coach or mentor. Wherever possible, you will be matched with someone on your programme, at your level of training and experience and/or someone outside of your own business or organisation.
For those required to document practice hours as part of your programme, conversations held in the Practice Café can count towards these hours.
