Programme Overview

Are you being offered coaching but are unsure what to expect, or see it as a sign that something’s wrong. Unlocking Coaching changes that for you.

This two-day online programme demystifies the coaching process and will enable you to engage confidently, take ownership of the conversation, and turn insight into action. It helps you understand what coaching is (and isn’t), clarify roles and boundaries, and build trust in the process.

For your employer, this means that when coaching is introduced as an intervention or development tool, those receiving it will use it effectively, leading to greater engagement, confidence and retention.
