Conversations for Change is a pioneering, comprehensive and integrated suite of online coaching and mentoring training programmes delivered by The Innate Coach. It enables employers, employees and the wider business community across York and North Yorkshire to recruit, support and retain individuals at risk of, or currently experiencing, economic inactivity, through real connection and effective workplace conversations.
This programme is supported by York and North Yorkshire Combined Authority, using funding from the Department for Work and Pensions' Get Britain Working Economic Inactivity Trailblazer.
At the heart of The Conversations for Change programme is the belief that inclusive organisations can be built through real connection and conversations that change.
