Programme Overview
The Coaching for Leaders Programme is an recognised qualification, accredited by the Association for Coaching, and suitable for any leader, manager or team co-ordinator, at any level of the organisation. It is designed to help you embed a coaching approach in your everyday leadership conversations.
Delivered online, with three core modules, the programme gives you a grounded, practical roadmap for holding impactful conversations. Structured with the CLEAR coaching model (Contracting, Listening, Exploring, Action, Review), it will help you transform your daily conversations into opportunities for growth, inclusion, and engagement.
As part of the Trailblazer Employer Support Programme, this programme directly helps you as employers to retain and re-engage staff, prevent economic inactivity, and build compassionate workplace cultures where everyone can thrive.

By the end of your programme, you will be able to ...
- Hold open, supportive conversations that prevent disengagement and exit from work.
- Identify and respond effectively to your team’s individual needs, including health or caring challenges.
- Recognise bias and broaden recruitment perspectives to include candidates with non-linear career paths.
- Create psychologically safe environments where your colleagues can raise challenges early and remain connected to work.
- Build organisational capability to help retain and re-engage the workforce.
Commitment required:
- Attendance: Attend three online sessions
- Session Dates: 16th, 28th January and 27th February 2026
- Session times: 9:30am-5pm
- Self-study: 3 hours
- Independent coaching practice: 3 hours
- Assessment: 500 word written reflection
